United Way’s Hometown NFL Huddle Charity Golf Tournament

Join us for United Way of Southwest Alabama’s Second Annual Hometown NFL Huddle Charity Golf Tournament. This event will take place on Friday, March 24, 2017, at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove located in Mobile, Alabama. For more than 40 years, the National Football League—owners, coaches, players, and staff— has worked with United Way to strengthen America’s communities. Celebrating the rich legacy of sport and athleticism within the state of Alabama, UWSWA builds on this partnership by inviting active and retired professional athletes from across all fields of play to take part in the tournament and LIVE UNITED.

Last year, eight current or retired NFL players participated, including:

  • Paul Crane
  • Scott Hunter
  •  Joey Jones
  • Robert Lester
  • AJ McCarron
  • C.J. Mosley
  • Ray Perkins
  • Sherman Williams

By participating, you are helping us advocate for health, education, financial stability, and life’s basic essentials for every person in every community we serve. Thank you for joining us as we provide tremendous opportunities and create lasting improvements in Southwest Alabama.
