UWSWA Hires New Director of Resource Advancement, Dee Dee McCarron

We are proud to announce the following change to the United Way of Southwest Alabama staff:
Mobile, Alabama native Dee Dee McCarron is joining the UWSWA staff as the Director of Resource Advancement. McCarron comes to UWSWA after a seven year employment at Austal USA as Manager of State Legislative Affairs, Event, and Protocol.
“We are excited to have Dee Dee on board and are grateful for her many years of experience working with the community,” said UWSWA President and CEO Alan H. Turner II. “Her prior involvement with the community at various levels will serve as an asset in her new role with United Way of Southwest Alabama.”
