Throughout the day, UWSWA will feature its partner agencies, internal programs, award winners, sponsors, and pacesetters. During all newscasts including Studio 10, there will be guests appearing to talk about all things UWSWA. In addition to the television broadcast, Fox 10 and UWSWA will each host live streamed segments on Facebook.
The day-long, multi-platform event is an opportunity for UWSWA to share the work its 46 partner agencies and our 12 internal programs which make up the Community Safety-net with Fox 10 viewers. It is also an opportunity to share how people can find health and human services.
Studio 10 and the Facebook Live segments that follow will feature special guest, Sean of the South. Sean Dietrich is a columnist and novelist known for his commentary on life in the American South. His work has appeared in Newsweek, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, Good Grit, The Tallahassee Democrat, South Magazine, The Bitter Southerner, Thom Magazine, The Birmingham News, The Mobile Press Register, and he has authored twelve books.
