Experience the power of community and service during United Way of Southwest Alabama’s 31st Annual Day of Caring presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, where United is the Way we create meaningful change. Taking place on Friday, April 4, 2025, Day of Caring mobilizes hundreds of volunteers from local businesses, organizations, and civic groups to complete hands-on projects that directly benefit UWSWA’s nonprofit partner agencies. From painting and landscaping to organizing donations and making minor repairs, volunteers will tackle essential tasks that many agencies don’t have the time, staff, or resources to complete on their own. The event serves as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when our community comes together for a common cause.
