A graduate of Spring Hill College, Tiffany brings more than 10 years of experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, event planning, and community outreach across the nonprofit, hospitality, and business sectors. Throughout her career, she has built strong partnerships, led successful fundraising campaigns, coordinated large-scale events, and connected businesses with opportunities to strengthen the communities they serve.

Before joining United Way, Tiffany served in development and leadership roles with organizations including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Mobile Baykeeper, where she secured sponsorships, managed donor relations, and led volunteer engagement efforts throughout the Gulf Coast region. Her background also includes hospitality and corporate event coordination experience focused on client relations, operations, and strategic partnerships.

“I am especially excited to build strong community relationships and connect people and businesses to causes that truly matter,” said Miller. “What drew me to United Way of Southwest Alabama is its powerful mission of bringing communities together to create real, lasting impact. I am thrilled to join the team as Corporate Relations Manager and collaborate with local partners to help strengthen the region I care deeply about.”

As Corporate Relations Manager, Tiffany will work closely with local businesses and community partners to strengthen workplace campaigns, expand corporate partnerships, and support United Way’s mission of improving lives across Southwest Alabama.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her children at their activities, and relaxing at the beach.
