United Way of Southwest Alabama is pleased to announce the 2024 Washington County Annual Meeting, taking place on August 20 at the Chatom Community Center. Sponsored by SmartBank and Thompson Gas, this special event aims to honor the outstanding volunteers and organizations who have selflessly dedicated their time, skills, and resources towards making a positive impact within Washington County.

The celebration will recognize the remarkable accomplishments of our volunteers and community stakeholders, highlighting their extraordinary efforts in strengthening the fabric of our community. “This event is a testament to the hard work and dedication of those who tirelessly work to make Washington County a better place,” said Justine Bixler President & CEO of United Way of Southwest Alabama.

Doors will open at 5 PM, with the program commencing at 6 PM. Refreshments will be provided.
