The United Way of Southwest Alabama is thrilled to invite golfers and supporters to hit the links at The Pines of Chatom on October 5, 2024, for the 4th Annual Washington County Golf Tournament presented by Westervelt Lumber. This exciting event promises a day of competitive play, camaraderie, and community impact, with proceeds directly benefiting United Way and our partner agencies serving Washington County.

Golfers will take on the course in a three-person scramble format, ensuring that every swing counts and every player has the chance to contribute to their team’s score. The tournament will kick off with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m., following team registration at 7:00 a.m.. After players complete their rounds, they can relax and unwind at the celebratory 19th Hole Party, where stories from the day’s best shots (and maybe a few mulligans) are sure to be shared.

• Registration: Opens at 7:00 a.m.
• Tee Time: 8:00 a.m. (shotgun start)
• Format: Three-person scramble
• Golfer Registration Fee: $100 per golfer
  Please note, refunds will not be issued in the event of cancellation or inclement weather.
• Cart Availability: Golf carts are available by reservation only, so make sure to secure your ride early! Players are also welcome to bring their own carts.
