United Way of Southwest Alabama Seeks Manager of Regional Development - County Relations
United Way of Southwest Alabama (UWSWA) is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as the Manager of Regional Development – County Relations. This key position will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to develop, retain, and significantly grow financial support and community engagement across Choctaw, Clarke, and Washington Counties.

As the Manager of Regional Development – County Relations, the successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading initiatives to cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals. This role will involve working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize, and implement campaigns, corporate gifts, and other activities aimed at ensuring successful, sustaining commitments to UWSWA.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, alongside a mission-driven mindset, brand stewardship, and a commitment to social responsibility. Previous experience in sales/marketing with a focus on customer relationship building is preferred, as well as demonstrated success in public speaking and writing. Candidates must reside in Choctaw, Clarke, or Washington Counties, have a reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and qualifying automobile insurance.
