Catch the Joy. Share the Season. Mardi Gras at United Way.

United Way of Southwest Alabama will host its 2026 Mardi Gras Social on Tuesday, February 10, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the United Way office located at 218 St. Francis Street in downtown Mobile.

Guests are invited to enjoy food provided by Taco Mama Midtown, refreshments, and the spirit of Mardi Gras with others who support the mission of United Way. The family-friendly event offers a festive and relaxed gathering ahead of the LaShe’s parade, which rolls just one block away.

“We’re proud to continue this tradition of bringing people together during Mardi Gras,” said Justine Bixler, President & CEO of United Way of Southwest Alabama. “It’s a chance for neighbors, families, and community members to enjoy the season while also learning more about the work we do year-round.”
