Membership in the 1926 Society is reserved for our most generous benefactors and complements other recognition societies to which a donor may belong. Once a donor has given a cumulative total of $25,000 to United Way of Southwest Alabama, they will be recognized with lifetime membership. The society was named for the year UWSWA was founded, and the giving circles are named in hour of the four pioneers who brought about its creation.
