New Board Trustee Spotlight: Glyn Agnew
UWSWA welcomes Regional Director for AT&T Alabama Glyn Agnew to our Board of Trustees. A graduate of Mississippi State University, Glyn’s focus at AT&T is on legislative and external affairs. When asked why he accepted the invitation to join the board he said, “I believe in United Way’s mission, advancing the common good.”
When Glyn is not working, he enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and supporting common good initiatives especially those that support youth and education.
Glen has been married to his wife Annette for 38 years. Together they have a daughter, Gabrielle, that is working toward a PhD in Psychology at the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center. His favorite family tradition is morning walks with his family.

What do you want Southwest Alabama to look like?
A place where no one feels like a stranger or outsider.
